DTANK+ partnered on this luxury leasing office project to design and fabricate custom architectural elements that blend hospitality-inspired aesthetics with functional commercial design. Featured throughout the space are a sculptural custom reception desk with marble and fluted detailing, along with a custom bronze metal screen that creates visual separation while maintaining openness and light. The project combines refined materials, clean lines, and custom fabrication to create a sophisticated and welcoming residential leasing environment.
